stair stepping and running, and recently the cardio machine called ’Jacob’s Ladder’, for varied cardio training

General regime during dieting:

Breakfast: 3 eggs as scrambled eggs, fried eggs or hard-boiled eggs (1 whole + 2 egg whites) + 2 bars of puffed rice

Snack: 1 cup of oat flakes with 1 serving of protein

Lunch: 1 serving of brown rice + (broiled chicken, turkey, beef) with steamed vegetables

Snack: mixed vegetables + (broiled chicken, turkey, fish)

Dinner: Fresh salad + broiled fish

Dietary supplements you use: BCAA, Glutamine, L-carnitine, vitamins, protein
